Product images are indicative only. Colour variation may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing batches.

Natural stone, timber, hybrid flooring and tiles may vary in colour, texture and shade.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery is available only within Queensland.

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Customers must ensure:

·         Safe access for delivery

·         Someone is available to receive goods

·         Delivery details are accurate

Risk in the goods passes upon delivery.

Ownership remains with Logan Tiles & Flooring Pty Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Customers collecting goods are responsible for:

·         Inspecting products before leaving

·         Securing goods appropriately during transport

Additional delivery charges may apply where access is difficult or re-delivery is required.

Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to remedies where products:

·         Are faulty

·         Are unsafe

·         Are significantly different from their description

·         Are not of acceptable quality

·         Do not perform as represented

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, customers may receive:

Nothing in this Warranty limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Quotations & Installation Terms

Written quotations remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are based on information provided by the customer.

Additional charges may apply where:

·         Site conditions differ from those disclosed

·         Subfloor preparation is required

·         Moisture issues are identified

·         Existing flooring removal is required beyond the quoted scope

·         Asbestos or hazardous materials are discovered

Installation dates are estimates only.

Customers must provide:

·         Safe site access

·         Electricity

·         Reasonable working conditions

·         Clear access to work areas

Any delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

Customers must inspect completed work promptly and notify us of any concerns within seven (7) days.

Product Availability

Products displayed on this Website are subject to availability.

Stock levels may change without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may:

·         Offer an alternative product

·         Delay delivery

·         Cancel the order

·         Provide a refund

Some products are special order items and may require extended lead times.
